I was really pleased with American Windows when they replaced all 36 of my home’s windows two years ago – the price was good and they were quick to address the initial problems that came up during the installation. However, things went completely sideways recently. In March 2025, after a heavy rain, I discovered multiple windows were leaking, with water pooling on my kitchen counter. I contacted them immediately, leaving messages for both the office staff and Jason, the project manager who’d helped me before. While the office staff acknowledged receiving my message and told me Jason no longer worked there, no one followed up or offered any solutions. It’s been months and I’ve still not heard from them, which is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I’m now trying to understand what steps I can take to get this leaking issue resolved.

Honestly, our experience with this company was really frustrating. We had all the windows on our entire bottom floor replaced, and one of the team members we worked with was very helpful and responsive. However, the scheduling was a complete mess – they gave us a 3-4 hour window for the crew to arrive, and they never showed up. After rescheduling, they finally completed the windows, but three were left noticeably off track, and they even left yellow glue on our white sills that we couldn’t remove without damaging the paint. Now, a year later, three of the windows are consistently fogging up, which clearly indicates a seal issue. We called again to get someone out to fix it, but they didn't show up. It felt like they’d simply forgotten about our appointment. I can’t recommend this company – they need to be more accountable for their scheduling and the quality of their work.

“I was so incredibly grateful for American Windows’ help after my house fire. Jeff and Ryan were fantastic – truly went above and beyond. Their attention to detail and the quality of their work was outstanding; they really knocked it out of the park. Thank you both so much!”

“Overall, we had a fantastic experience! Mike Hunt and Ian were both really helpful with the quoting and project management. But the real highlight was the installation team – Brad, Jeff, and Ryan were outstanding. They were incredibly professional, considerate, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and they cleaned up beautifully after themselves. Thank you!”

Ryan and his partner did a fantastic job – we’re really pleased with the work they completed and would definitely recommend them.
-
“Tony and his team did a fantastic job – the windows look great and the prices were really reasonable.”
-
Honestly, you really need to be cautious when driving near those vehicles – they seem to be constantly distracted by their phones and it’s a little unnerving.
-
“There’s been a significant delay of three months, and frankly, the communication around this has been unclear. It’s not entirely clear if the delay is due to issues with the windows themselves, or simply a high volume of other installations being handled at the same time.”
-
Overall, it was a really positive experience – the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the prices were fair.
