  Todd and his team were absolutely fantastic! As the owner, he was so hands-on and clearly very knowledgeable, working right alongside the installers. We were really impressed that he recognized the challenges of our retrofit windows and wouldn't just walk away – he came up with a brilliant solution using nail fins and carefully re-sealing the stucco. The final result is truly amazing; the windows look and function beautifully. And the installers themselves were incredibly hardworking, polite, and left the whole area spotless.   I absolutely couldn’t be happier with Window World! We went with them a couple of years back to replace all our windows and patio door, and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. Recently, we had a small issue with one of the windows, and their team responded incredibly quickly and efficiently – Todd and Rene were so professional, friendly, and kept everything really organized.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience with Window World. We did a lot of research before choosing them, and Todd, our consultant, was incredibly helpful. He really took the time to explain all the different window options and styles, and he helped us select the perfect black framed windows – they completely transformed our home and gave it the modern look we were hoping for. The installation crew was also outstanding! They were so friendly and respectful of our belongings, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. They even took the time to clean up each day.
