  My friends were absolutely thrilled with CairnsCraft Design & Remodel. They hired them for a complete kitchen overhaul, and the result is just stunning! Seriously, I tease them about wanting to move in! They completely transformed their old, dated 1990s kitchen into a gorgeous, modern space – it’s like it’s from 2016.   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience transforming my master bathroom. Being 84, getting in and out of the old tub was becoming incredibly difficult, so I decided to convert it into a walk-in shower. I’m so glad I went with Cairns Craft Design and Remodel – they were truly outstanding. They finished the entire project in just one week, which was amazing, especially considering they were working through the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic! Marie Cairns was fantastic; she was there every day, making sure the crew followed all the safety protocols, and she kept me updated with daily pictures so I could see the progress no matter where I was. They took every precaution, protecting my floors and furniture with drop cloths, and the whole team was incredibly courteous and professional. The final result is absolutely perfect. They really listened to my needs and incorporated things like grab bars, a fold-down seat, and a flexible handheld showerhead. But the best part is the thermostatically controlled heat valve – it’s brilliant! It ensures I never have to worry about stepping into an overly hot shower. I honestly couldn’t be happier with Cairns Craft’s work; they truly went above and beyond. report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Marie and Charles Cairns and their team on my new kitchen. Because I wasn’t there for most of the construction – only visiting twice – I really appreciated Marie’s incredible communication. She kept me completely in the loop with regular texts, calls, and photos, and she was always so responsive. Honestly, that made a huge difference and allowed me to relax knowing everything was progressing smoothly, especially since I was without a kitchen for quite a while. I also want to give a special shout-out to Derek and Dan, the electricians – they were fantastic and went above and beyond to help out, doing extra things to ensure everything was perfect.   “I can’t recommend Cairnscraft Design and Remodel highly enough! Marie and Charles were absolutely fantastic – truly a dream to work with. As first-time homeowners tackling our first remodel, we were completely overwhelmed, but Marie took everything in her hands. She was incredibly responsive, keeping us constantly updated on every detail, and always available to answer our questions. What really stood out was the quality of her work and the fair prices she secured. When the movers accidentally scratched our new floors, she immediately organized repairs and completely put our minds at ease. She went above and beyond in every way, and we really appreciated her honest, wise advice – we were so glad she steered us in the right direction. We had a complete overhaul with new floors, doors, baseboards, and carpets, and even had her help transform our garage into a custom gym!   Honestly, we couldn't be happier with Cairns Craft. From start to finish, they were fantastic. Charles Cairns was incredibly upfront about the process and pricing – no hidden fees or surprises, just a completely honest and fair approach. Then there’s Luz, the designer. She was absolutely brilliant! She completely transformed our small bathroom, coming up with so many clever solutions we never would have thought of ourselves. Now it’s beautiful and functional – everything has its place, tucked away in drawers and cabinets instead of cluttering the counters. What really set Cairns apart was that Charles listened to *exactly* what we wanted. We were after something colorful and unique, and we specifically didn't want anything resembling that "Rancho Santa Fe Tuscan" style that other firms kept pushing. Marie, the project manager, was also fantastic – so attentive and focused on quality. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and we had very few issues during the whole project. And let me tell you, Cairns hires incredible people! You can trust them completely – they were honest, resourceful, friendly, and incredibly skilled. It was a really complex redesign, and we absolutely would have been in a disaster if we’d tried to do it ourselves.
