  “We absolutely loved working with Cairns Craft to renovate our kitchen and guest bath. From the very beginning, they were fantastic – so patient, helpful, and supportive, especially during the design phase. Their mobile showroom was a brilliant idea, letting us really fine-tune our vision. Once we finalized the design, the whole team really stepped it up a notch. Marie was our project manager and she was incredible; she meticulously planned everything, ensuring all the big deliveries (cabinets, appliances, etc.) were confirmed before any work started. She has a truly amazing network of subcontractors – each one was incredibly skilled, professional, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to deliver top-quality work on time. I was particularly impressed with one subcontractor who even worked weekends to keep us on track! Communication was seamless too; Marie kept us updated daily via an app with progress notes and invoices. It was so reassuring to know we were always in the loop.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work CairnsCraft did on my kitchen remodel! From the initial start in March, just before the COVID-19 situation, to the finished result, they were fantastic. I was away for the first week, but Marie kept me updated daily, and when I returned, the demo was complete – everything was stripped and the electrical and plumbing were ready for work. It was a pretty stressful situation, but Marie and her team remained incredibly calm, organized, and focused on getting the job done safely. They were always punctual, wearing gloves and masks, and I really appreciated how consistently professional they were. Our designer was fantastic at listening to our specific ideas, like wanting to remove walls and add extra storage, and she really helped us develop a completely personalized design that reflected our vision and color preferences. Beyond the design, the quality of the construction work was outstanding, and we appreciated being able to incorporate our own trusted tradespeople into the project. Our old house required a full demolition and rebuild, and they completely transformed it into a beautiful and functional space. We were so lucky to have their skilled team – designers, builders, and everyone in between – expertly handle the entire project. It was fantastic to have a project manager on-site daily and to be able to easily communicate with the whole team – calls, texts, emails – and get quick responses. Despite the challenges of the pandemic impacting supply chains, CairnsCraft kept us fully informed with a detailed timeline and consistently delivered the project almost exactly as planned.
