  “My wife and I were absolutely thrilled with the complete remodel California Home Builders did for our house. We started with Pat Scofield, who we met at the Del Mar home show – his portfolio really impressed us, and he quickly understood our vision. Sean Scofield then became our project manager, and honestly, he was incredible. He took our ideas and elevated them, offering fantastic design suggestions that really made the finished spaces special. Sean was so dedicated; he was with us every step of the way, patiently guiding us through everything from choosing finishes to appliances. The project did expand a bit as we went along, which is common, but Sean kept things moving smoothly and handled every challenge with professionalism. He also did a fantastic job coordinating all the subcontractors – they were all incredibly courteous and respectful of our living situation. The quality of their work was outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
