Robert was particularly impressive, adapting the installation to accommodate my drain vents, and the quality of the equipment is outstanding – it’s incredibly reliable. The installation itself was seamless, and they explained everything in detail, which put me at ease. While the recent rain did cause a slight delay, I completely understand the need to prioritize safety when working with electrical equipment on a wet roof. And the attention to detail – Robert’s fix with the flashing sleeve to prevent any water pooling – really showed their commitment to a flawless installation.
