  “We were really wanting to transform our beach house in Exuma, Bahamas, and were particularly focused on improving the view from our kitchen. The existing window frame was just a bit distracting. We found Designer Window Supply’s awning-style windows and reached out to Thomas “Tomaso” Hopkins. Tomaso was fantastic – so helpful and knowledgeable from the very first conversation right through to the installation. Given the challenges of working on a remote island, Tomaso’s meticulous planning and attention to detail were absolutely key to getting the window delivered on time and fitting perfectly. There was a potential delay halfway through the manufacturing process, but Tomaso and his team quickly found a solution and kept us informed. Our builder unfortunately made some mistakes, but Designer Window Supply stepped in immediately, ensuring the window company’s technicians resolved them to our complete satisfaction.
