Mike Morris was a fantastic sales rep, he really helped us with the design and kept us updated throughout the whole process.   I’m really disappointed with my experience with Western Window Systems. Despite multiple visits from their technicians, the doors we installed continue to have significant issues – they don't close properly, the locks don’t align, and they constantly need adjustment. Parts have already broken, like the hinges and weather stripping, and frankly, the whole situation feels like a lemon. I’ve even convinced several friends to avoid them after similar problems. Honestly, the customer service hasn’t been helpful either. Given all of this, I can only give them two stars – it feels like a much bigger challenge for a company to address a two-star review than a one-star one. report abuse

  “I just want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team who installed my windows – Jason, Raul, Junior, Remi, Enrique, and Mikey. They did an absolutely fantastic job, especially given how challenging the installation was. The windows themselves are excellent, and I really appreciate how the company went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. The pricing was also very fair, considerably less than I was quoted for Anderson windows. David McNiel and Reuben were particularly helpful, always readily available to answer my questions, and I want to give a special shout-out to Vicky Kim in the office for her responsiveness and overall organization. We encountered an issue initially, and Brad, the quality control manager, was fantastic – he immediately recognized the problem and sent Christian and Ruben out to completely redo the installation until it was absolutely perfect.   “I couldn’t be happier with this company – they were fantastic! Seriously, they took care of absolutely everything, from getting the permits and the structural engineering done to the actual installation. They consistently went above and beyond what I expected. I was originally looking at another door company, but it would have been a huge hassle to find and manage my own structural engineer and installer, which I just didn't have time for. We ended up with a beautiful 3-panel door system, replacing a really basic sliding door we had before. They even had to move the electrical wiring and brought in an electrician to do it. The whole experience was just outstanding, and the new doors completely transformed our great room, really opening it up and bringing the outdoors in.” report abuse
