  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the entire experience working with Skye Walls and Anlin Windows. From the initial options and the quality of the windows themselves, to the fantastic service we received, everything exceeded our expectations. We especially appreciated the team’s dedication – Mike’s design help and quote were invaluable, Ruben’s thorough pre- and post-installation reviews gave us complete peace of mind, Matt and his installation team did a brilliant job, and Vicki provided excellent administrative support throughout the process. report abuse

  Overall, I’m really pleased with the sliding glass door installation Skyewalls did for me. It was a significant project – a six-figure undertaking to replace the doors in my 1995 home, involving enlarging three openings and a completely new external pocketing door system. Skyewalls’ approach was fantastic; avoiding the need for a new header saved us a considerable amount of money, which we were able to use for other renovations. The team, led by Al with Ben, Josue, and Dale on-site, along with support from Jeremy and Shadron in the office, really took ownership of the project. I especially appreciated that General Manager Mike stepped in when Al was out sick – it showed a real commitment. Of course, as with any large renovation, we hit a few snags. We experienced some supply chain delays and crew availability issues, and we had some warranty repairs to address, including a leaky panel and defective glass that needed to be replaced. However, what truly set Skyewalls apart was their ability to handle the entire process – from supplying the hardware to the demolition, installation, and finishing. They proactively brought in skilled subcontractors when needed, which eliminated the potential for finger-pointing that can often occur when dealing with separate suppliers and installers. I was particularly impressed with their dedication and problem-solving skills. They never gave up on the complex installation, and their willingness to address and fix every underlying issue demonstrated a strong sense of integrity. Despite the initial delays, I’m extremely happy with the final result and would definitely recommend Skyewalls to others. report abuse
