  “I’ve been using Lincoln and his team for years, and I’m so pleased with their service. They recently handled the installation of mini splits throughout my bakery after our old system finally gave out – it was a huge relief! They even went above and beyond by lending us a portable unit during that incredibly hot and humid July, which was absolutely fantastic.   Balance HVAC truly went above and beyond! From the initial consultation through the installation, the team was incredibly professional and communicative – everyone, including Lincoln, Taylor, Matt, and Tyler, responded promptly and kept me fully informed. Despite the really challenging weather conditions this morning, they persevered and completed the installation flawlessly. I was honestly amazed they stayed on site throughout the thunderstorms and heavy rain. The job was done beautifully, everything looks fantastic, and the area was left spotless.   John Schmidt’s experience with Lincoln and his team was fantastic. From the initial quote process to the final installation of five Mitsubishi heat pumps, everything ran incredibly smoothly. Lincoln was punctual, respectful of his property, and clearly explained everything involved. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, and the team was actually a week ahead of schedule – a huge bonus! The installation itself was professional, clean, and the team took the time to explain the process. From the moment our system went down right before the holidays, Lincoln, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful – he really went above and beyond to get us sorted out. His son and assistant were just as great, both incredibly professional and knowledgeable. And I have to say, the whole team, including the office staff, were so efficient and easy to communicate with.
