Anthony was incredibly helpful in getting me scheduled quickly, even with their busy schedule. Shamus was fantastic too; he explained everything so clearly and was just a really friendly and professional guy.   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to High Efficiency Plumbing and Heating. They were incredibly helpful in getting an open permit sorted out for work done a few years ago – handled by one of their subcontractors.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the service we received from High Efficiency. Our gas fireplace, which we rely on heavily, unfortunately broke down last year, and we were really grateful that they stepped in. We had several technicians come out, but it wasn’t until Patrick diagnosed the issue that things finally got resolved. And then, Craig Bishop, the owner, even personally checked in on us to offer some helpful tips on how to use the fireplace properly – that was a really nice touch. Because of their expertise and Craig’s support, we’ve had a wonderfully warm and comfortable fall, winter, and spring thanks to our now-reliable fireplace.
