We had gotten quotes from several HVAC contractors and Larson’s were the best value. Their team is truly first-rate. They replaced our old 4-ton units, which had been noisy for over 10 years, with new Bosch variable speed units, and the difference is amazing!   “Overall, the tech was fantastic – really skilled and patient with all my questions, which I had plenty of! He was amazing once he arrived. However, the communication could definitely be improved. I received a text around 11am letting me know he was heading to my place, but I didn’t get a response when I followed up with an ETA question an hour later. It took another hour for someone to finally update me, and then it took another 4 hours before I heard he was actually on his way. It would have been great to get a clearer timeline beforehand so I could have planned my day better.” report abuse
