  “I was so impressed with Techcool’s service! We had a really tough situation – two air conditioners went out on a day when it was over 114 degrees. Andres responded incredibly quickly, arriving within two hours to fix one of the units. He was so thorough, taking the time to explain everything about both units and what needed to be done. The next day he got the replacement part and had it installed. He was efficient, professional, and kept the work area clean.   “The technician initially identified the problem – we weren’t getting hot water in the master and guest bathrooms, and it was fluctuating in the kitchen. However, after about 45 minutes, he couldn’t diagnose the issue and said he’d return the next day. Unfortunately, my warranty company called me to say he’d reported the water heater was fine. I immediately contacted them to explain that he was giving us inaccurate information, as we were experiencing a clear lack of hot water. It felt like he simply disregarded our concerns. Honestly, if we hadn’t been able to clearly communicate the problem to the warranty company, they would have likely just accepted his word and charged us a service fee, leaving us with no hot water. I wouldn't recommend this company.” report abuse

  “I was initially very pleased with Techcool – Andres was fantastic! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my unit, and kept me updated with text messages throughout the morning. However, a subsequent visit was a completely different experience. Andres tried to convince me the motor was burned out and demanded $1000 for a replacement, even claiming I needed to apply for warranty reimbursement myself. Thankfully, I contacted other repair companies and discovered his story was completely false – the issue was a simple capacitor replacement, and Techcool had actually inflated the cost by 50%. It’s really unfortunate, and I’d advise anyone considering Techcool to proceed with extreme caution.” report abuse

  “Andres did an absolutely fantastic job tackling our complicated leak under the concrete slab. Initially, pinpointing the exact source was tricky, but he expertly rerouted and repiped our entire water system. He really took the time to explain everything in detail, and after the work was finished, he meticulously checked the new installations. We’re so pleased with the results – it’s working perfectly! And the pricing was really reasonable. We’ve already used this company for another major project and we’ll absolutely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.
