  Overall, I was really happy with the installation by Champion Air. Brandon and Christian did a fantastic job – they were both incredibly professional and completed the whole thing in about five hours. The old air handler in the attic was badly rusted and needed replacing, and they handled that seamlessly. They even had to widen the attic access door to accommodate the new unit, which they took care of without any hassle. Champion Air is also covering the drywall repairs as part of the contract, which is a great bonus. Thanks so much for a truly great job! report abuse

  “Replacing my A/C wasn’t exactly fun, but the whole experience was surprisingly good, especially thanks to Neil. He really took the time to explain the different units and walk me through the installation process. The installers were fantastic – incredibly professional and neat, even vacuuming up the mess afterward! Honestly, I’m not thrilled about needing an A/C unit, but if I ever need any more work done, they’re definitely the people I’d call.” report abuse

  Tyler was fantastic! He did a really thorough job tuning up our house and made the whole experience so comfortable. He took plenty of pictures, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and patiently – especially helpful for a new homeowner like myself.   “I absolutely love my new Champion Air system! I found them through Costco and was so impressed from start to finish. Neil was fantastic – he really took the time to understand our needs and explained everything clearly, including the costs involved. The installation team, Chris and Carlos, were amazing too! They did such a great job, and we’re already feeling so much more comfortable knowing we’re ready for summer. I didn’t get a before picture, but I was imagining really old units, and they’ve completely transformed the space – they even cleaned up all the wiring, which looks fantastic!” report abuse

  Chris and Jairo were fantastic technicians – they really worked well together, communicating and collaborating effectively throughout the 10-hour on-site visit. I didn’t observe them taking any breaks. report abuse
