  I absolutely love my new yard thanks to Johnny and his team at Outdoorscapes Designs! From the very beginning, they kept me completely informed about the design and everything was so clear with the payment schedule. They even started the project ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. The whole team was incredibly professional and respectful of my property and my neighbors. What really impressed me was their attention to detail – they were constantly checking for small issues and fixing them during their breaks, which you don’t always see. The entire process, from the initial design to the final result, was so smooth and efficient.   “We got a quote from them and Odean came out to assess the yard, but he didn’t seem particularly interested in our specific ideas. He refused to send us a written proposal or quote unless he could come back to the house and present it in person. We’d already received two other quotes that were emailed directly to us without any hassle. Their insistence on a face-to-face presentation felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, and frankly, it made us think they weren’t truly open to working with us. Ultimately, we felt uncomfortable with their approach and decided to go with another company. The whole experience really highlighted how difficult it could have been to work with them.” report abuse

  Johnny Cabrales did a fantastic job transforming our backyard! From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand our vision. He thoroughly assessed our existing space and patiently walked us through all the landscaping options, showing us exactly what the finished project would look like.   Johnny did a fantastic job leading this project. He was really proactive with his ideas and got us a quote and schedule moving quickly. He was also really easy to work with, accommodating all the little changes that came up along the way. The crew was excellent – they kept the site incredibly tidy and the brickwork is absolutely stunning; the cuts were precise and the grading was perfect. report abuse
