  Here’s a natural-sounding evaluation based on the text: “We were thrilled with the backyard Think Green created for us, largely thanks to the fantastic work of designer Angelique King. She was incredibly attentive, always on-site and expertly managed the project, and the crews were consistently hardworking and professional – they always cleaned up thoroughly and seemed really knowledgeable. Angelique did a great job of keeping us within budget, too. However, a year later, and now planning a smaller front yard project, I have to unfortunately revise my initial review. While Angelique was amazing initially, her response time has become incredibly slow. Despite speaking with one of the owners, I’m still awaiting a call back – it’s now been four months since she last visited to discuss our new project. It seems Think Green has grown too quickly and they’re struggling to maintain the same level of communication and responsiveness they initially provided. Sadly, it appears the owners aren't fully aware of how crucial it is to keep clients informed, even when delays occur.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with this experience. They completely ignored my initial contact after two unanswered calls, and frankly, it felt incredibly dismissive. To add to that, after I sent them my phone log to prove I hadn't spoken with anyone, they stubbornly insisted they’d already talked to me – a claim I don’t recall. It seemed like a way to avoid taking responsibility, and I found their behavior quite arrogant. I value good communication and professionalism, and sadly, this fell far short of that. report abuse
