  Overall, I was really pleased with Pro Outdoor Services. I contacted Josh on Tuesday and he arranged for Matt to come out and assess my irrigation system. Matt was prompt and professional, provided a fair quote, and quickly scheduled the repair. The crew did a great job the next day, and to top it off, Matt followed up to make sure everything was working perfectly – it was just a really positive and seamless experience. report abuse

  Pro Outdoor Services were fantastic – truly a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly thorough and efficient, and we really appreciated how respectful they were of our property. What impressed us most was how they cleaned up after each day’s work; they always covered the trenches and made them look like they were just left unfinished, which was a huge relief.   We were absolutely thrilled with the work Pro Outdoor Services did for us. Honestly, the difference they’ve made is incredible! The old irrigation system was a huge water waster, and now our bushes and plants are flourishing – they’re actually blooming! Adding the granite stone really transformed the property, and our neighbors have definitely noticed the stunning improvement.   Overall, I was really pleased with the work this company did installing my misting system and outdoor lights. They were professional and courteous, and the maintenance visits were incredibly easy and quick. My only minor issue was getting my initial appointment scheduled – I had to call a couple of times, but they quickly resolved that and were very helpful.   “From the very first phone call, the team was fantastic. They followed up promptly, and Josh really took the time to understand our needs and even had a preliminary cost estimate based on looking at our house online. Carl then came out and walked us through the whole process, presenting a clear and detailed proposal which we thankfully accepted. We were scheduled for the work the following week and they arrived on time, with the entire job completed in about five hours. The new misting system is working perfectly – it’s been a lifesaver for our hot and dry climate, and we’re finally able to enjoy our patio even during the hottest parts of the evening! The crew was fantastic – so conscientious, hardworking, and clearly really knew what they were doing. They did an amazing job tackling the tough ground to get the pipes buried properly, about 6-8 inches down, and the whole installation was incredibly well-organized. Now we have complete control of the system through an app on our phones, which is so easy and flexible.
