  “I hired Exact Roofing in July 2020 to replace my old roof, and unfortunately, I’ve been incredibly disappointed with the results. While Todd was excellent at the initial sales pitch and the work looked good at first, the quality quickly deteriorated. I’m now facing significant costs to redo a large portion of the roof, and it’s clear the original installation was not up to par. Todd has repeatedly made excuses about the leaks – blaming trees and existing electrical conduit – but photos I’ve seen show that this conduit was already there before the roof was installed. Worse, he’s tried to avoid responsibility by claiming the manufacturer voided the warranty, despite the fact that he never registered the materials. He even offered a paltry $400 to cover the repairs, completely disregarding the extensive damage. It’s really frustrating dealing with someone who focuses on sales and then doesn't stand behind their work. I would strongly advise against using Exact Roofing – they may seem great upfront, but the quality of their work is simply unacceptable.” report abuse
