  Todd and Exact Construction did an absolutely fantastic job – I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the initial consultation, Todd was incredibly thorough and patient, taking the time to explain the roofing process and answer all my questions. I really appreciated that there was no pressure at all, and he even sent me pictures after inspecting my old roof, suggesting I could hold off on the replacement for another year. Eventually, my wife and I decided to get it done, and Todd scheduled the work quickly. The team was fantastic – so professional and really focused on getting the job done right. They were incredibly responsive, especially when the forecast called for rain on Wednesday, and they doubled the crew to finish the roof in just two days! They were so meticulous too, always ensuring the sections were weatherproofed at the end of each day and completely cleaning up afterward. I’m really impressed with the quality of their work and the peace of mind that comes with Todd’s excellent warranty. It’s clear they’re committed to doing things the right way. report abuse

  Overall, we were really pleased with xroofing/construction. Todd, the owner, was professional and thorough – he came out promptly, carefully assessed the roof, and clearly explained the necessary repairs. We appreciated his honesty and the reasonable price he offered. We ended up buying the house and, thankfully, they were able to handle the subsequent roofing repairs quickly and exactly as we’d requested.   “Overall, I was really pleased with the work Todd and his team did on my roof. They were about 15% cheaper than the other quotes I received, which was a fantastic deal. More importantly, the quality of their work was exceptional – they completely removed the old tiles, installed new underlayment and all the necessary flashings, and then meticulously reinstalled the tiles. Todd is a very conscientious worker and clearly knows his stuff.
