  Paragon Contracting, and especially Joe West, were absolutely fantastic to work with. They took a huge weight off our shoulders by expertly managing the complete roof replacement of our church property – all without us having to pay a dime. Joe handled all the communication with our insurance company, which was a massive relief, and the whole team was incredibly professional and attentive.   Jacee was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and thorough, quickly identifying significant hail damage to our roof. He was so helpful in guiding us through the entire process, including taking the necessary photos for our insurance claim, which thankfully got approved. We really appreciated his assistance and how smoothly he coordinated everything.   Brennen and his team did an absolutely fantastic job with our roof. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and responsive – genuinely a pleasure to work with. He really took the hassle out of the process by handling all the communication with our insurance company, which was a huge relief. The roofers themselves did a superb job, and we especially appreciated that they took care to clean up around the house afterward.   Sarah and her team did an absolutely fantastic job – from beginning to end. She took the initiative to get a second evaluation on the hail damage, which thankfully resulted in a positive decision for a roof replacement.
