  “I can honestly say the difference Arizona Window & Door Store’s Aline windows made is incredible. For over 25 years, I’d grown used to the constant noise and vibrations from my old builder-grade windows – it was really starting to affect the peace of my home. But the moment the last Aline window was installed, it was like a blanket of silence fell over everything – you could actually *feel* it. The installation itself was fantastic, and Joe Ball, our Production Field Manager, was incredibly thorough. He even caught a few small issues I wouldn’t have noticed myself, and he got them fixed within 36 hours with such care and attention. David, who handled the final touches, was truly exceptional. He took such pride in his work, noticing even the smallest details like the color of the screws, and it was clear he was committed to making sure everything was perfect. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, even meeting us multiple times and visiting the showroom with us. We were seriously considering a few other companies, but Bo and the quality of their products won us over. Once the installation started, Josh and his team were incredible. They were incredibly professional, always on time, and left the area spotless after each day.   “I was genuinely blown away by the whole process – the installation, stucco, and drywall teams were incredibly skilled and professional. They worked together so seamlessly, like a really well-oiled machine. The drywall crew, especially, did an outstanding job with their attention to detail and kept the site spotless. Chelsea, Ashley, and Steven were fantastic too, providing excellent communication and support throughout the project.   “Overall, our experience with this company was really disappointing. Initially, we were pleased with their workmanship, but after a year, the quality of their work has completely deteriorated. Several of our windows weren’t properly welded and caulked, and given the Arizona climate, they’ve already started to split – we’re anticipating needing maintenance every summer. Adding to this, the installation itself was a major issue. They cut into the foundation under our sliding door during installation, and now the floor inside is sinking. We’ve contacted them repeatedly about this, but they consistently promise to address it, and nothing ever happens. The problem really began with a lack of communication. Despite a good initial meeting with the project manager and a clear understanding of our unique situation, the installers were never informed and we were left without updates. It felt like we had to constantly remind them to follow up. While they were friendly and seemed capable when we did get in touch, the repeated delays and unfinished work were incredibly frustrating, especially considering the amount of money involved. We truly believe they’re simply overwhelmed with too many projects and aren’t prioritizing their existing customers.” report abuse

  “Joseph was fantastic to work with – truly one of the best sales people I’ve encountered. He was incredibly knowledgeable, provided excellent customer service, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. We received quotes from several companies, but Joseph really stood out and we ultimately chose to go with this one because of him. He consistently kept us updated and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way.   “Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience. I started by reaching out through the website, and while I got a quick response confirming they could provide the door I needed, I never received the follow-through I expected. They asked me to send photos and measurements, which I did, but then I just didn’t hear back. I sent a few more emails trying to get updates, but it felt like my messages were getting lost. It’s frustrating because the company seemed to have good reviews, and I was genuinely surprised by how much time was wasted. Honestly, a simple confirmation that they received my email and a rough estimate of when I might hear back would have been really helpful. It would have been nice to just get a clear answer, even if it was just to say they weren’t interested in bidding on the project.
