  I was absolutely thrilled with my experience working with Arizona Door Store. Honestly, after a really frustrating time dealing with other companies – missed appointments, incorrect orders, the whole thing – I was so relieved to find them. Their website is super user-friendly, and I was able to easily get a quote online or by phone. I always spoke with Jaclyn, who was fantastic! She’s been so responsive, follows up on every appointment, and really makes sure everything is exactly how I wanted it. The team they brought in – there were four different professionals – were all incredibly skilled and professional. They were punctual, friendly, and kept the work area spotless. Each one of them constantly checked in to see if I was happy with the progress, and I really appreciated that personal touch. It was a completely stress-free experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Arizona Door Store. They’re not pushy at all, and they focus on getting the job done right.   I was absolutely thrilled with the recent window installation in my condo! From start to finish, the whole team – Chad in sales, Chelsea at the office, Derek and his partner for the install, and Sergio who did the drywall – were fantastic. They were all so professional and friendly, and the job itself was just beautiful. They left the place spotless, and they even took care of patching up those holes left from the old windows the very same day! I was really concerned about my old, single-pane windows, so I decided to upgrade to solid, dual-pane laminated windows with metal reinforcement and vinyl. They’re so much quieter and I feel much safer knowing they’re harder to break. I know it was an investment, but honestly, the price was really good considering the quality and the added security features. Plus, with the long warranty and the financing option – I was able to pay it off in a year with no interest! It’s a great investment, especially here in Arizona. I wholeheartedly recommend these windows to anyone – family or friend – looking for a reliable and secure upgrade. report abuse

From the very beginning, the sales representative was fantastic, and the installation crew, led by Bobby, were truly professional – you could tell they’ve been with the company for a long time and really know their stuff. They completed the job in exactly three days as promised, and were so patient and friendly with our dogs too! Anlin windows themselves are stunning, and the difference in noise and heat reduction is incredible.   Overall, our experience wasn’t great. The salesman showed us a basic door model, and the pricing seemed a little confusing from the start. Initially, he quoted us $3-5,000, which we thought was reasonable. However, as we added some options, the price jumped up to $19,000. Then, after discussing discounts, it suddenly dropped back down to $12,000 – which felt a bit rushed. It was a strange process, and ultimately, we decided to leave without making a purchase. report abuse

  I have to say, Arizona Window and Door Store completely blew me away! We had a really unfortunate situation – a rock from landscaping work shattered our front door, and unfortunately, it meant the whole door needed replacing. But from start to finish, their service was absolutely exceptional. They handled everything so smoothly, starting with a fantastic consultation and a detailed quote. We then worked with a dedicated project manager who patiently walked us through every step, explaining our options and ensuring we chose the perfect door – which is a beautiful, thermally protected one, by the way! The install team was incredible. They arrived right on time, worked tirelessly to get the door installed, and even went above and beyond when the handle for our shutters didn't fit – they came back the next day to fix it! Then, they even coordinated with the stucco guys to repair the damage. It truly felt like we were getting VIP service. Honestly, I’d replace every window and door in my house with them – I can’t recommend them enough! report abuse

  “I did quite a bit of research before choosing a contractor, and AWDS really stood out because of how quickly they responded and how professional they were. However, I was pretty surprised by the initial quote – it was significantly higher than others I’d received, and that’s what made me decide to go with them. Unfortunately, I’m really disappointed with the final result. The exterior work, especially the fit and finish, is shockingly bad. They initially told me they’d address it once the parts arrived, but they were aiming to have it completed before Thanksgiving, which feels incredibly late. Honestly, it’s embarrassing to have guests seeing this kind of shoddy work at the entrance to my home.” report abuse
