  “I had a really great experience at the Pella location in Scottsdale. Ellie was so welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in, and she even offered me a drink – which was really appreciated in the Arizona heat! The showroom was also spotless and well-organized, and everyone working there seemed genuinely happy and positive.   I'm incredibly disappointed with the service we’ve received regarding our new patio door. We purchased this door primarily because our old one was so heavy and, unfortunately, I’ve developed a medical condition that makes operating it difficult. Pella’s door initially seemed perfect, and we were told it would take about six weeks to arrive. However, it’s now been three months since we placed our order and paid a significant deposit, and we still don’t have a working door. The frame itself is nice, but the slider is severely damaged – it’s bowed nearly 40%, and we can’t even lock the door. We’ve been waiting for a replacement, and now they’re pushing the completion date to December 7th-11th, which is completely unacceptable. To add to the frustration, the trim they brought to the installation was incorrect and we’re still waiting for the correct trim. Honestly, it’s incredibly frustrating that they can’t provide us with a functioning door, even with the delay. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Pella – it was a big project and definitely an investment, but absolutely worth it. The quality of the windows is fantastic, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them. From start to finish, the experience was incredibly smooth. The installers were fantastic – so experienced and professional, and our project manager kept everything running perfectly.   I was so impressed with the service I received! I scheduled a repair for my retracting screen door and Steve, the technician, actually called to see if he could come out sooner. I happily agreed, and he fixed the door in just ten minutes – it’s working perfectly now! He reported the quick fix back to Pella, and they even waived the charge. Seriously, fantastic service and a huge thanks to Pella! I’d definitely recommend them for all my door and window needs. report abuse
