  Duane and Darline were absolutely thrilled with the window replacement service they received. The whole process was incredibly smooth, taking just three days from start to finish. Miguel and his crew were fantastic – they arrived on time, did a truly excellent job, and the windows look as though they’ve been a part of the house forever. What really impressed them was Miguel’s team’s attention to detail, cleaning up not just after the job was complete, but also each evening before heading home.   “We had a really frustrating experience with Pella, from start to finish. We initially signed a contract in September 2022 to replace our front door and patio sliding door, and we completely understand that supply chain issues due to COVID caused significant delays – but it became far too long. Finally, our doors arrived on January 25th, 2023, but we were still missing parts for the sliding door. After a couple of days, they promised to return, but they never did. Then they said the stucco work needed to be done, but that also took far too long with us having to repeatedly chase them up. Now, just a month after the front door was installed, the knob has already come off – it’s incredibly disappointing with a brand new door. Honestly, it makes us question the quality of the materials and the workmanship. We weren’t assigned a project coordinator, which made things even more difficult, and we're struggling to get anyone to take our concerns seriously. Because of these persistent issues, we wouldn't recommend Pella at this point. I’d urge anyone considering them to do their research and explore all their options.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Miguel and his team did. This was a really complex window replacement project – we had arched windows, some beautiful stonework, and electrical work involved – but they handled everything with such precision and care. Miguel was fantastic; he was incredibly attentive, kept the house remarkably clean throughout the process, and was always so helpful with any little detail I needed.   “Wow, this was hands-down the best window and door showroom I’ve ever visited! They had some incredible displays – full-size windows on these really impressive, large moving ‘wings,’ and a fantastic selection of gliding doors and those amazing tall patio doors that disappear into the walls. The showroom itself was spotless and they even had coffee available. Parking was super convenient right in front, and it’s a great location near North Scottsdale Road. Plus, the staff member I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly – no pressure at all!” report abuse
