From the very first meeting with Tarry at their showroom, where he really listened to our concerns about replacing our old, south-facing door in Arizona, to the smooth installation by Anthony and Brian’s quick technical support, everything was exceptional. They quickly presented us with suitable options and, thankfully, the new Therma-Tru door was installed the next day. Anthony did a fantastic job replacing the old door, and Brian responded to our call for help within an hour. The door itself looks fantastic, but honestly, the speed and responsiveness of the entire team far exceeded our expectations – every question and concern was addressed immediately.” report abuse

  “I’m honestly so relieved to finally have a really positive experience with a contractor. I’ve had nothing but trouble with other companies during my home renovations lately, but Illumination was fantastic. I’d been searching for over a year for a company that could install several new glass doors with the necessary headers, and I was about to give up. Illumination was a breath of fresh air – they answered their phone right away, gave me a clear, affordable quote based on the project’s needs, and sent incredibly knowledgeable and reliable workers throughout the whole process.   “From start to finish, Illumination Window and Door did an absolutely fantastic job! The salesperson was so knowledgeable and really helped us brainstorm ideas and figure out what would work best for our home. We then visited the showroom with him and made our final decision. What really set them apart was the owner, Anthony, who personally came out to measure and assess the support needed. We felt completely confident in their entire team. The installers were fantastic – punctual, professional, and incredibly nice. They took great care to protect our house with dust barriers and finished the job in just three days, which was ahead of their initial estimate! They even seamlessly integrated the new sliding glass doors, connecting our kitchen and family room to our outdoor living space, and cleverly worked around our electrical. We absolutely love the new look and feel of our home – it really makes the space feel bigger and brighter. The La Cantina doors themselves are top-notch.   “I’ve been really impressed with Illumination’s customer service. They have a lovely showroom and the team there are incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful. I’ve visited about four times over the past year, mostly needing small accessories and repair parts, and each time they went above and beyond. They treated every visit like a significant project, diligently finding the parts I needed, ordering them if necessary, and keeping me fully informed with emails and even phone calls.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience with both IllumiNation and ThermaTru. After just a few years, the finish on my doors has significantly deteriorated, and it’s proving impossible to get them refinished – no one will do it, not even professionals. ThermaTru even sells a DIY kit, but that just highlights their lack of concern for the long-term quality of their product. To add to this, the installation was also poorly done, and they refused to address the issues. Based on this, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from either IllumiNation or ThermaTru.” report abuse

IllumiNation really stood out to me. Their showroom is fantastic, allowing clients to see and experience the options firsthand, and their estimating team was incredibly helpful in creating a complete package. What really impressed me was their in-house installation team – a welcome change these days – who were always well-prepared and delivered a truly professional installation.
