  “This saw presented a really frustrating experience. We had to drive two hours to the job site only to discover the work hadn’t been done correctly – the wrong parts were used. After another two-hour trip to get the correct piece, we finally got the saw operational, but it only ran smoothly for about twenty minutes before completely failing. Upon inspection, we found the air filter was incredibly dirty, suggesting it hadn't been changed in a long time, and the spark plug was fouled. We replaced both, and the saw ran fine for a short time. However, on the second day, it started up and then stopped working again, and wouldn’t start up at all.” report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with the service I received at the tool rental return desk during the evening shift. When we returned our rented trailer, the staff were remarkably rude and dismissive. We struggled to find a designated spot due to other vehicles, and eventually parked it in an adjacent space. However, instead of offering assistance, the workers immediately became loud and verbally aggressive, cursing about the trailer’s location. The manager then told my husband he wasn’t welcome to rent from Home Depot – it was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. report abuse

  “Overall, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. However, we experienced a significant number of computer problems that were disruptive and frustrating. It seems the IT department needs a serious overhaul – either someone needs to take more control and improve support, or a change in leadership is needed to address these ongoing issues.” report abuse
