  I was incredibly frustrated with my recent experience. I rented a skid steer and trailer for just a few hours, stating I’d return it within four. However, upon returning it after only 3.5 hours, I was told they no longer offered that timeframe. Despite only using the equipment for a short period, I was charged a hefty $517. When I brought this to their attention, the staff were completely dismissive and showed no concern for my situation. I’m a regular customer who spends a significant amount of money at this location each year, and frankly, this level of indifference has made me completely lose confidence in their service – I won’t be returning. report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with my experience renting a trailer. They insisted I had to rent the forklift too, even though I only needed it for moving the forklift itself. To make matters worse, they seemed more concerned about the trailer sitting on their lot while the holiday weekend was closed than actually helping me move my equipment.   “I was really pleased with my experience renting the trencher. Getting a discounted weekend rate was fantastic, and the staff at the desk were super helpful and processed the paperwork quickly – it took less than 15 minutes! The trencher itself performed perfectly from the very first pull, and it did exactly what I needed it to. It was a huge improvement over some of the older equipment I’ve rented elsewhere.   “United in Showlow has some really well-maintained equipment, which is great. However, the prices were significantly higher than I expected, and they weren’t open to discussing them at all. It feels like they’re taking advantage of being the only supplier of this type of equipment in the area. Honestly, I ended up getting a better deal by hiring a local operator with similar equipment – it was more efficient and ultimately saved me money and a lot of hassle.
