“I was so impressed with Louisiana Exteriors! After a recent hailstorm in Bossier City, they responded incredibly quickly. Someone came out to assess my roof, gave me a clear quote, and even helped me navigate the insurance claim process. The roof was installed within two weeks, and they took care of cleaning up the yard – it was a really seamless experience. Being a local Shreveport/Bossier City company was a big plus for me, and I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone!”

Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and left me with a really bad impression. From the start, the representative, Ashlee, seemed overly eager to get me as a client, but after signing the contract, she completely disappeared. I tried to follow up, but she never returned my calls or messages. It felt incredibly unprofessional. Adding to the problem, they delayed processing the lien waiver for months, repeatedly telling me it was in the mail despite it being readily available at their office. And to top it off, my estimate was inflated by $1000, which was taken directly from my deductible – it just felt like they were padding the cost. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend using this company.
