I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Smart Roofing! From the very beginning, last May when Chase Ratley first came to assess the hail damage to my roof, to the final installation, it’s been fantastic. Chase was incredibly helpful – he not only inspected the damage but also took the initiative to cover my broken vent with a tarp to protect it. He really went the extra mile, patiently working with my wife and me to figure out the best replacement materials and even accompanied our insurance agent on the roof inspection. The crew was fantastic too – super professional and efficient, and they managed to get most of the roof done in one day, although we did have a slight delay due to some persistent wasps! They were great about coming back the next day to finish up. I was really pleased with the quality of the work, especially the new vents and the completely revamped valleys, which really improved the look of our roof. And Chase even took the time to clean up around the yard afterward. Smart Roofing was also very understanding when there were delays with my insurance payment, which was a huge relief. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
