  “I can’t recommend Dream General Contractors highly enough! They were absolutely fantastic during what was a really stressful time for us. We had a significant leak that caused major damage to our bathroom, and while our insurance covered the repairs, most contractors were either unwilling to take on the job or simply couldn’t get started for months. Eduardo and his team were the only ones who stepped up and responded quickly. They provided us with clear and fair estimates – both for labor and for labor with materials – and, crucially, they were able to start the work the very next week. Throughout the entire project, Eduardo kept us fully informed, checking in daily and explaining everything that was happening. He was particularly helpful in identifying and addressing some unexpected issues with the old galvanized steel pipes, and he got everything completed quickly and efficiently. The bathroom remodel took just nine days, and we are absolutely thrilled with the final result.   “I was really pleased with how quickly Dream General got the job done and the price was significantly lower than other quotes we received. However, unfortunately, the quality of the work has been a major disappointment. Two years after our bathroom renovation, we’ve experienced a lot of problems – a leaking toilet, crumbling grout, crooked tiles, and one of the towel bars has already fallen off. Honestly, I wish we’d paid a bit more to ensure a lasting, quality job. Following up on the initial repair, we bought the grout you recommended, and your team did come back to fix some of the tiles. While they addressed the most noticeable issues, we still have some crooked tiles. Strangely, the toilet started leaking after they reinstalled it. It’s clear this work isn't durable, and I feel it’s important for potential customers to know that the quality doesn’t hold up over time. Plus, it’s frustrating to see the company deflect responsibility instead of taking ownership of the issues.” report abuse
