People stop and comment on it all the time – they absolutely love how it blends in so perfectly with our original 1930s house. The design, with its curves and the way the roofline flows, is just stunning, and the screens are so discreet. It’s quickly become our favorite spot for everything from morning coffee to evening drinks, and I even use it as a quiet workspace.   “I can’t say enough good things about Spectrum Design Build! We’ve used them for two completely different, but equally impressive, home renovation projects over the last seven years, and both of them won awards. We started with a stunning outdoor living space – it’s more like a really luxurious outdoor living room with lights, heaters, and an outdoor TV. Our old deck was a nightmare, but Keith Vaughn really listened to what we wanted and created a fantastic layout that’s both beautiful and incredibly easy to use. Then, we tackled a much bigger project – renovating our basement and completely overhauling our home’s HVAC and water systems. They even added steel beams to expand the space, a small kitchen, a wine closet, and a guest suite! Seriously, the finished basement is amazing. Throughout the whole process, Spectrum was just outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, always kept us in the loop, and never tried to hide anything or add unexpected costs. It was all completely transparent and they used the highest quality materials.
