My old carpet was a surprise, but they transformed the floors beautifully. They even tackled my closet and, get this – they perfectly matched the color of my Victoria Secret bags for the walls! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, communicated really well, and took the time to clean up after themselves. They even helped me move some of my furniture.   Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation of the interaction: “This was a really frustrating experience. I initially contacted Wilson N. from Max Painting and he seemed interested in the project. However, the conversation quickly devolved into unprofessional and frankly, aggressive behavior. He repeatedly dismissed my inquiries, accused me of being a scammer without evidence, and became incredibly rude. His sudden switch to personal insults and demands were completely inappropriate. Ultimately, he ended the conversation abruptly and without any professional courtesy. I wouldn’t recommend using Max Painting based on this interaction.” report abuse
