  I was really pleased with PBP Chimney Inspection Services Company in Silver Spring. They not only did a fantastic job repairing my chimney, but they also took care of some external wall issues. I was really impressed with their reasonable prices and their honest approach. Although I haven't seen the final result just yet, I have complete confidence in their work and definitely plan to use them again in the future for any chimney needs. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. From start to finish, I felt completely misled. They charged me a significant amount for a seemingly simple coat of paint, claiming it was a custom color job due to a wall already painted with primer white. It’s clear they were exploiting this situation to inflate their bills. No matter how clean I left the apartment, they immediately identified ‘damages’ and ‘repairs’ that required extensive and costly work. Honestly, I believe they’re taking advantage of customers, and I’m left wondering if they’re truly skilled painters or simply skilled at fraudulent billing.” report abuse

  I’ve been working with Palmer Brothers for nearly 20 years across multiple properties, and I wholeheartedly recommend them. My experience has been fantastic, particularly with Francisco Erazo. He’s incredibly professional, a genuinely nice guy, and always goes above and beyond to ensure I’m completely satisfied with the service.   Overall, I’m really pleased with the work this company did for us. I’ve seen them tackle two quite different jobs – first, fixing a significant leak through a window, which they handled effectively. Then, they completely replaced a wood support beam in our house, a much larger project that took a full four days with a dedicated crew. I was particularly impressed with how focused and efficient they were, and they finished the job much faster than I anticipated. However, I have to give them a one-star deduction because their start times were incredibly disruptive. They consistently arrived at 8 am, which meant they'd wake us up early every day. While I appreciate their commitment to sticking to a timeline, a little more flexibility with the start time would have been really appreciated. Despite this, I’d still wholeheartedly recommend their work – they clearly know what they’re doing! report abuse
