  We were really pleased with Robert’s work – we’d previously used him to help with support in our basement, and he did a fantastic job then too. It was especially reassuring to get his help with our sagging floor, particularly during the pandemic. Robert quickly found a solution and coordinated with the first contractor we contacted, who unfortunately couldn’t proceed. He then recommended another contractor who did a brilliant job, and now we have a perfectly level floor.   Robert was hired to assess the structural integrity of my 2017 home and handle the county paperwork, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. He was unable to properly examine a significant portion of the walls I was concerned about, and his solution was to request the building drawings from the county – essentially admitting he lacked the necessary expertise. Then, after admitting his inability to advise on the structural issues, his wife contacted me to demand payment for the incomplete service. It felt completely unethical to be charged for a service that wasn't delivered. I’ve been trying to get in touch with him for months with no response, and it’s clear he’s not a reliable or honest professional. I seriously question his competence and wouldn't trust his opinion regarding the safety or stability of my home renovations. I strongly advise against using his services. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the outcome of getting a stairway built up to my loft in my DC row house. Robert from APAC did a fantastic job with the engineering – it was a tricky project with the DCRA regulations, but he really nailed it.
