  “We were absolutely thrilled with Armor Heating & Air! Honestly, we’d give them a full 10 out of 10. Cade was fantastic – he diagnosed our old unit and instead of just trying to fix it temporarily, he gave us a really fair price and even applied a military discount. Then Omar & Edgar came out the following day and completely replaced it with a brand new unit. They were incredibly professional and did a truly excellent job.   Overall, I was incredibly impressed with this team. They were consistently courteous and professional, and it was really refreshing to see everyone focused on the job – not a single cell phone in sight! They arrived promptly at 7:40 AM and tackled the complete system installation – ductwork, air handler, and condensing unit – with impressive speed, finishing by 3:30 PM.   I was so relieved when Armor Heating and Air was the only company that responded to my urgent call about my air conditioner failing around 6:00 PM. They came out after hours and Bryant quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within just 10 minutes! He was incredibly friendly, explained everything clearly, and was just a really professional and polite guy. I really appreciate his prompt service and expertise. report abuse

  “Overall, we’ve been really pleased with Armor’s service. We’ve used them three times now, and each time they were incredibly prompt and professional. The technicians were always very pleasant and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing, which we really appreciated. Just last month, in January 2025, we had a frozen water pipe, and the tech was there right on time. He was fantastic – he let us watch and even help out, which we found really reassuring. It turned out the heat tape hadn't been plugged in, but once he got it working, everything was sorted out. We also had an issue in February 2021 during the storm when one of our heaters stopped working. They quickly diagnosed a problem with the outlets needing to be plugged into the heaters to prevent freezing – something we’d never even considered! The service call fee was reasonable, and we’re definitely signing up for the annual maintenance plan this spring.” report abuse

  Bryant and his team were fantastic – truly professional, incredibly kind, and super responsive when our AC units went out. I had gotten a few quotes, including one that suggested a full replacement, but thankfully it just turned out to be a simple Freon issue. They fixed it quickly and affordably for just $225, which was a huge relief compared to the $6,000 estimate. I really appreciate their honesty and their focus on helping clients save money. That’s why I’ve become a loyal customer and I’ve even signed up for their maintenance plan – and they never tried to upsell me on anything. report abuse
