  Overall, this service was a mixed bag. While the technicians were friendly and the appointments were consistently punctual, and they did return calls promptly, I’m only giving two stars. The biggest issue was their approach to resolving problems – it felt like they were more focused on finding reasons why they couldn’t fix things than actually addressing the issues. They even charged a $90 service fee for a mistake they’d made on a previous call, and the conversation with the owner towards the end was frankly insulting. I almost didn't leave a review, but I wanted to highlight the good aspects alongside my negative experience. report abuse

  “I recently tried to schedule an inspection and had a really awful experience. The receptionist was incredibly rude – she accused me of lying and abruptly ended the call. Honestly, it was completely unacceptable, and I certainly won’t be contacting them again.” report abuse

  “I was incredibly frustrated with this company. I called them in the middle of winter to fix my furnace, and unfortunately, they left it completely broken. To add to the problem, I never received an invoice, and yet they immediately sent me to collections. When I explained the situation, they promised to send a technician, but that promise was broken – they never sent anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money, and frankly, their behavior was completely unethical. I won’t be using their services again.” report abuse
