  The builder was significantly behind schedule, taking over four months to finish the repairs outlined in the punch list and inspection report. Despite repeated attempts to get the necessary work done – including contacting the site supervisor and company owner – the response was consistently to pass the responsibility on to their subcontractor. report abuse
