  Working with SW Homes was truly a fantastic experience. They were the only builder we found willing to build our home in Holiday Island, and they took care of absolutely everything with the HOA – the design, the paperwork, and all the permitting. It was such a relief not having to worry about that part. We were incredibly impressed with the quality of the home and the amazing deal on the low down payment (just 2,500!).   “This home, built nearly four years ago, has significant issues stemming from poor insulation and a failure to properly seal the bottom exterior plates. Air constantly blows in under these plates, creating a noticeable draft and a really subpar interior finish – you really only notice the gaps around the baseboards when you get close enough.” report abuse

  “I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly disappointed we were with this company. It was a truly awful experience that stretched out over two years, and ultimately left us footing the entire bill to complete the construction of our house – we had to finish the job ourselves from the basic framework onwards.
