  “Honestly, the guys who came out seemed to just look around and run the water. They didn't actually do any work at all, and then they told us we’d need to schedule an appointment for anything more involved, like bigger pipes for our old house. It’s really frustrating because three months later I received an $86 bill as if they’d actually provided a service.” report abuse

  John did a fantastic job – he was incredibly responsive and got the plumbing issue sorted out really quickly, within just a couple of hours.
