  Tony was fantastic to work with – he really took care of everything, from the initial consultation right through to the final installation. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process and, importantly, he delivered everything on time. We ended up going with a ducted Mitsubishi Heatpump and disconnecting our gas boiler, and Tony was a huge help in navigating the Massive rebate program to maximize our savings. While we haven’t had a chance to test it out in the winter yet, the difference is already amazing – we’ve gone from a stuffy 95 degrees to a really comfortable 68! I’ve already recommended him to my family and would absolutely do so again. report abuse

  We’ve been incredibly happy with Frontier Air and Tony’s team. We initially hired them to install a new central AC unit, and they were fantastic – professional, efficient, and offered a really competitive price. Since then, they’ve consistently provided excellent service, including regular maintenance for our AC and furnace. Most recently, when our 24-year-old furnace suddenly failed, Tony responded immediately, and we had a brand new, perfectly functioning furnace installed within a day!   Tony and his team did a fantastic job installing our new central air system – they completed the work on time and the quality was really impressive. While there was a tricky issue that arose with our existing heating system after the AC was connected to our Nest thermostat, Tony and his electrician went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve it. It was a complex problem, but they tracked it down and fixed it completely! I also really appreciated Tony staying in touch with me throughout the whole process, especially when our boiler went down; he kept me updated and reassured me that everything would be taken care of.   “I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. Tony, the owner, thoroughly assessed my old air conditioning system and explained that it needed to be replaced. He presented me with four different central air conditioner options, ranging in price, and really took the time to help me find the perfect fit for my home. The team arrived promptly around 9 AM as scheduled and completed the entire replacement by 4 PM – they even cleaned up thoroughly and vacuumed everything! To top it off, they even went above and beyond and helped me fix my storm door. Their professionalism and excellent customer service were truly outstanding. I highly recommend them!” report abuse

I really wanted to make sure I made the right decision, so I did my research and got quotes from several companies. Tony and his team from [Company Name – *assuming they provided it*] were simply outstanding. From the very first day, they were incredibly professional, responsive, and clearly took pride in their work. They expertly installed both a ducted system upstairs and mini-splits downstairs, and honestly, I knew right away I’d made the perfect choice.
