“I cannot recommend Ed Reed as a contractor. During the work, he disregarded safety protocols by contacting dig safe and damaging my sewer pipe. He also used a plastic bag instead of a proper gasket when installing a light, which immediately leaked. When I needed help locating the leak, he was unable to assist and left a significant amount of debris – approximately 500 pounds – in my yard without removing it. Overall, my experience with Ed Reed was extremely unprofessional and disappointing.”

“I was really disappointed with Oasis. They installed our pool years ago, and when we ran into a problem, trying to get a resolution was a nightmare. Ed, the person we dealt with, was incredibly difficult to communicate with and never followed through on his promises, leaving us with no answers. It felt like he simply didn’t care about our issue or about treating customers properly. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend them – there are plenty of other pool companies out there.”

“We recently had Ed replace our pool liner, and we were incredibly pleased with the work. He originally installed our pool back in 2002, and it was a flawless installation – we’ve had no problems whatsoever over the last 16 years. Since the old liner was nearing the end of its lifespan, we weren’t expecting any issues, and Ed handled the replacement quickly and efficiently. He pulled up our original file, we chose the new liner together, and the whole process, from start to finish, took less than three weeks. What really stood out was his reliability; he always showed up when he said he would, so there was no need to worry about him following up.”

Honestly, I cannot recommend Oasis Pools. My experience with Ed was a complete nightmare. He took advantage of me and left me with a huge mess and ongoing problems. He didn’t even bother to install the pool ladders, claiming it was my responsibility, and he just left the yard covered in debris and stumps. Worse, he dug up my sewer line and water and electrical lines to the shed, again saying it was my fault he hadn’t been told about them. Then there was the “free” chlorinator – it turned out he hadn’t installed a backflow valve, which led to the pump being ruined after repeatedly failing due to superchlorinated water backing up. I had to replace it every spring until a pump specialist explained the issue. But the worst part was a slow-developing leak that took years to discover. Ed kept telling me water loss was normal, but eventually, another company found he’d wrapped a plaster wrapper around the pool light as a sealant – it was unbelievably sloppy! Once they fixed it, the leak stopped. Seriously, avoid Oasis Pools. It’s a place that shouldn't be in business.

“I had a fantastic experience – the products were really high quality and priced very reasonably. Highly recommend!”

“We hired this company back in 2010 to install an in-ground pool, and unfortunately, we’ve had nothing but trouble since. Ed was the main contact, but he was constantly unavailable whenever we had a problem – he never followed up or provided any solutions. Now we’re facing a liner issue, and because we have a 20-year warranty, we’re trying to get the serial number, but all our paperwork is missing. We’ve contacted him three times and sent multiple texts, and still haven’t received a response. It’s like he vanishes as soon as something goes wrong. He’s great at charming you during the sales process, but disappears completely once he has your money. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone – don’t be fooled by his friendliness; you won’t hear from him once the payment is made, and his email inbox is always full, which is incredibly frustrating.”
-
“I was really hoping to get a quote from them, but it was incredibly difficult to reach anyone. My email inbox was completely full of messages and I couldn’t get a response. Honestly, that experience made me realize I wouldn’t have wanted a pool installed by that company.”

Santo from Oasis Pools has been absolutely incredible. Seriously, he’s been a lifesaver – quite literally, it feels like he’s been there to handle every single problem I’ve faced. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without his help.
