  “I’ve been incredibly happy with this company’s service over the years. Their technicians are really knowledgeable and professional. I’ve used them for both warranty work on my existing system and for a brand new installation six years ago, and it’s been fantastic – absolutely no issues at all. From the moment I called Kelly at 12:30 pm, I felt instantly reassured; she was incredibly kind and calm, which was fantastic considering how stressed I was. Dave arrived incredibly quickly and was just wonderful – so professional and helpful. He had the part and got the unit working perfectly, blowing cold air by 1:50 pm!   “Overall, I had a good experience with this company when I was buying my AC unit. However, things went sideways when I sold my house and the buyer inquired about transferring the extended warranty. I contacted the company to get clarification, and I was really disappointed to learn that only a portion of the warranty was transferable – information that wasn’t disclosed to me in any of my paperwork. It felt like they benefited from that situation without me realizing it, and honestly, I didn’t have the time to pursue it. Moving forward, I’d strongly recommend asking detailed questions and getting everything clearly documented in writing before finalizing any agreement.” report abuse

  “I was in a really stressful situation – we had a major air conditioning emergency after hours and our usual repair guy was unavailable. Luckily, I spotted one of their vans with the Arizona flag and gave them a call, needing someone out immediately. They were incredibly responsive, getting a technician to my door within 90 minutes, even though it was getting dark. He was fantastic – professional, courteous, and upfront about the problem and the warranty on the part. He even advised me to schedule our regular service company to take a look once they had an opening. I ended up saving a potential hotel bill thanks to them! Plus, they offered some great discounts on service calls.   “I really appreciated AZ Refrigeration squeezing me in the next day after I called. They strongly suggested both of my AC units needed replacing, and thankfully, my regular technician was available today to take a look. He confirmed there were no actual problems with the units – it turned out the condensation line was leaking, which then caused the coils to freeze. We ran the fan for a bit, changed the filter (which I think was the root of the issue), and everything went back to normal. AZ Refrigeration charged me $211.88 for the visit, some work on the coils, and reattaching the drain pipe. My technician didn’t charge a dime!” report abuse

  “Overall, the service technicians were pleasant and did a good job. However, during the recent annual maintenance, it felt like the focus shifted. Instead of clearly outlining the two key issues – two capacitors causing over-amping – they suggested a much longer list of repairs and replacements, with a full replacement being the most affordable option. I’ve known Bill Connelly for a long time and have always appreciated his honest and practical approach. He always prioritized repairing existing units unless a replacement was truly essential, and I’m a little disappointed that things seem to have changed. I really hope he returns to his previous, more careful approach – focusing on proper repairs rather than immediately recommending full replacements.” report abuse

  I just wanted to express how incredibly happy I am with the service I received. From the initial quote to the installation, everything was fantastic! They were significantly more competitive than other companies I contacted for a basic replacement, and even when I was considering a more energy-efficient Trane unit, they took the time to clearly explain the differences and help me make an informed decision. What really stood out was their willingness to install on a Saturday – we’d been without air for a while and were worried about a long wait, but they went above and beyond to get the job done. The installers were professional, explained everything they were doing, and their workmanship was excellent. Honestly, the new unit on my roof is the only sign they were there!
