  “I’m a first-time homeowner, and when we discovered some needed repairs, Arizona Foundation Solutions really stood out. From the initial quote to the actual work, the experience was fantastic. The gentleman who came to our house was incredibly helpful, and his team was just amazing – so friendly and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. They were even incredibly considerate of our two Great Danes, working around their needs throughout the day without causing any disruption.   “I was really impressed with the whole experience. Ben Alfaro was fantastic – he came out to the property and quickly put together a solid proposal for me. And then, after the work was completed, David and his team did an absolutely amazing job stabilizing my foundation with the push piers.   “Overall, the experience with Arizona Foundation Solutions was really positive. Tania was fantastic – she was so polite and clearly explained everything to us about the repair process. The crew, particularly Juan and his colleague, did a great job getting the repairs done quickly, finishing the work in just three hours. The work itself looks really good, though we do have a small issue: they raised the concrete under the garage door, and now there’s a little gap – about two feet long – where the bottom of the door isn’t quite flush with the floor. I’ve sent pictures to the office and they’re going to get the crew to contact me to schedule a follow-up. Hopefully, that gets sorted out soon.” report abuse

  Overall, I was really pleased with the quality of the work – it was very professional and clearly explained. I was particularly happy with how the foundation was done, and it was great to see they took such care to ensure everything was secured and checked. However, we did run into some initial issues with the paperwork and re-evaluating the first estimate, which could have been addressed sooner. While I appreciated the crew’s skilled workmanship and professionalism, I was disappointed that the installer wasn’t able to complete the paver installation as originally discussed.   “We’ve been through a really stressful time with a slab movement in our house, which unfortunately caused quite a mess – broken water lines, cracked floor tiles, and issues with the interior walls. Thankfully, AZFS was fantastic from the start, and they immediately connected us with Chris Ortiz. Chris was incredibly professional and kept us fully informed, even when he had a flat tire on the way to our house. He quickly assessed the situation, consulted with the engineers, and presented us with a few different solutions, complete with videos to show us what the project would look like. They even offered some financing options. We’re really pleased with their service so far, and the work is scheduled to begin in April 2025. The crew working on the piers was very efficient and respectful, though the noise from the equipment was noticeable. We’re looking forward to seeing the results!” report abuse

  “Felix was fantastic! If you need someone to handle your project, he’s the one to ask. He was always courteous, kept his workspace tidy, and was really mindful of keeping the area around him clean.   “I was absolutely thrilled with the whole experience! From the initial scheduling and inspection to the final result, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. They really listened to my concerns and, impressively, knocked the price down an additional 10% below my research. What truly stood out was Josh – he’s a fantastic salesperson who took the time to thoroughly explain the product and process, going over it with me three times to ensure I understood everything. The crew was fantastic too! They completed the work in just two days, and the biggest surprise was that they were able to reinforce the foundation to the point where we can now add a second story – a huge relief, especially after those cracks appeared after the Big Bear earthquake. Alonzo on the crew was especially wonderful – hardworking, friendly, and respectful of our property.
