  “We’ve been incredibly frustrated with the ongoing situation. They caused significant damage to our property, completely disrupting our water system for the last six months, and frankly, it’s unacceptable. We’ve repeatedly contacted the company – via email and phone – and been told repairs were underway, but we haven’t seen any action. The communication has also become extremely poor. As you can see in the photos, the initial damage was immediate – a leak developed within our system just 30 seconds to a minute after turning on a bubbler, resulting in water flowing down the street. We need a concrete plan and immediate action to resolve this.” report abuse

Almost a week ago, one of their trucks nearly hit me while they were exiting the property – it was incredibly close, only about two feet from my bumper, and I was driving with my children in the car.   “I’ve been walking that route – from Dreaming Summit to Dysart and back – for the last fifteen years, and I’m consistently impressed with the condition of the sidewalks. They were originally installed with TEMCON stamps back in 2001 and 2003, so they’re nearly twenty years old, and they’re still holding up incredibly well. It’s fantastic!” report abuse
