They ultimately didn’t complete the work as agreed, showed a lack of respect for my home, and the owner’s communication was completely unacceptable – he reacted with anger instead of taking responsibility for the poor quality work.   “Unfortunately, our small bathroom project didn’t go smoothly. We were constantly having to escalate issues to the project supervisor and his supervisor, and it seemed like the contractors themselves lacked clear project details – often requiring me, as the client, to step in and provide them with information.
