“I noticed one of your drivers was going 85 mph on McDowell around 9am today – that’s concerning. It’s important to be mindful of speed, especially given the demanding work you do. We’ve also seen a similar issue reported, and I wanted to bring this to your attention as a serious safety concern. Please ensure your drivers are aware of the potential liability if an accident were to occur – these situations could have significant legal ramifications.”

“I wanted to share a really kind experience I had yesterday. I walked a mile and a half from the Casino Arizona to the bus stop on McKellips and Hayden – though there isn’t a bus route that goes directly back to the casino. It was a scorching 110 degrees, and I was incredibly thirsty. I stopped at Oakland Construction Company and the young lady behind the counter, JiJi, was so thoughtful. She immediately offered me two bottles of water, and I was so grateful. I just took a few minutes to rest in their lobby and thank her again. It was such a small thing, but it made a huge difference in a really tough day. A big thank you to JiJi and Oakland Construction Company – I really appreciate their kindness!”

“I was really shaken up by the behavior of vehicle #093. As soon as the light turned green after passing through Riggs, the driver seemed to get angry and aggressively honked at me. He then sped past redlining, going well over 60 mph. Honestly, the way he drove was completely unacceptable and concerning – it’s hard to imagine that kind of behavior being tolerated on a job site.”
-
“Driver 044, please be mindful of your speed on surface roads. I observed you consistently exceeding 65 mph on those routes on December 14th.”
-
“Ben Prince from Oakland has been fantastic to work with. He’s incredibly professional and dedicated, and I’ve really appreciated his ability to keep everything coordinated and the project on track.”
-
“I have serious concerns about the conduct of the superintendent, Jamie, at the Wexford jobsite in Phoenix. His behavior was consistently disrespectful and unprofessional, and he frequently used inappropriate language – a serious lapse in judgment for someone in his role.”
-
Overall, it’s a really positive place to be. The team is incredibly friendly and always willing to help out – it’s a great company to work with.
-
“This is a fantastic company – clearly run by a dedicated and skilled family. They have a really strong work ethic and a management team that looks like they’re set up for continued success. I wholeheartedly recommend them.”
-
“The office space was really pleasant – a great setting for our meeting with the venture partner.”
-
“Vehicle CL5448 was observed exceeding the speed limit and displayed unprofessional driving behavior.”
