  Honestly, I was blown away by this team! They completely transformed my space – removing almost 900 square feet of saltillo tile in just under 9 hours. And the best part? There was significantly less dust afterward than when they started.   “I’m so glad we finally took the plunge and went with Jack King and his crew for our renovation. Honestly, the biggest hurdle we’d been putting off for years was the saltillo tile floors. They removed a huge amount – 1406 square feet – and it was absolutely incredible how quickly they did it. In less than two days, they got rid of it all, and the best part was there was absolutely no dust! It was amazing. We were a little worried about the noise, but seeing their team and their equipment working so efficiently was actually pretty impressive. I seriously doubt I could have gotten anything done as quickly as they did. It’s fantastic how flawless the finished floors turned out. Seriously, if you’re considering a remodel, especially if you have flooring issues, I wholeheartedly recommend Jack King – it’s worth every single penny.” report abuse

The gentleman I worked with was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and really try to find a solution that fit my needs.   I hired AZ Home Floors to grind and seal the concrete subfloor in my inherited home, hoping to achieve a simple, sidewalk-like finish. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful. After a two-day job that left my floors covered in deep, uneven swirls and gouges – far from the promised “sidewalk” – I was passed between Nick Giammarino, who initially presented himself as the owner, and Jeffrey Hammons, the CEO of a separate Texas-based company, Cutting Edge Flooring Services. Hammons seemed to be using misleading information about the project and attempted to pressure me into accepting a small payment and a non-disclosure agreement. When I refused, he became increasingly aggressive, questioning my understanding of industry terms and even making personal attacks. It’s clear that AZ Home Floors is struggling, as evidenced by their GoFundMe campaign, and their response to my concerns was unprofessional and frankly, bizarre. I ended up with a severely damaged floor and a deeply uncomfortable experience—a situation I certainly won’t be repeating. report abuse
