“I was really stressed about getting this small carpet tear fixed before a roommate moved in, so I got quotes from a few places. Some were way too high – $200, $300! Honestly, at that price, I could have just replaced the whole section. I ended up working with Jeff, and I couldn’t be happier. He was incredibly responsive – he called me within minutes of my initial inquiry and scheduled an appointment for the next day for $130-150. He even brought the patch material! He arrived on time, fixed the tear in about 20 minutes, answered all my questions, and the work looks fantastic. It was a really simple and professional experience – I highly recommend Jeff!”

Jeff is an absolutely fantastic professional – I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He did an outstanding job on my brother’s house, and I immediately knew I wanted him to tackle the carpet issue at our bedrooms where it met the tile. Beyond his expertise and timeliness, he’s just a genuinely nice guy, really knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. What really sets him apart is his customer service; he clearly understands the different materials and explains everything so well. I’ve actually passed his information along to several of my plumbing business clients who need flooring work, and he’s been incredibly responsive to them too. It’s clear he builds real relationships with his customers – it feels like he’s been working with them for years!
