“Overall, the work done on the streets in Mesa was extremely disappointing. The signage was poorly set up, and the spacing was completely inadequate. It felt like a huge waste of time and resources – the streets were raised for an entire weekend with no apparent activity. Frankly, the quality of the work and the management seem unacceptable, and I question why the City of Mesa chose this company to handle these repairs.”

I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the fantastic service I received during the recent construction work on our street. I was particularly impressed with the team from both the City of Mesa and Nesbitt Contracting. I had a concern about our new irrigation piping while they were working on our corner, and Alex Morales went above and beyond to reassure me that everything would be taken care of. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and even assisted me with a tricky plant situation – I truly don’t know what I would have done without his help! Everyone I interacted with was so kind, professional, and attentive to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and I want to give a huge thank you to all the workers involved for their excellent service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience working with Nesbitt. Frankly, they’ve been completely unreliable and disrespectful. This morning, they aggressively woke me up to move my vehicles as they began resurfacing the street – despite signs indicating work would start on October 2nd. After a frustrating 45 minutes of moving my vehicles and figuring out how to safely move my project car, the Nesbitt representative told me they’d return later to move it. To add insult to injury, they gave us a business card for someone not listed in their company directory. It felt like a blatant lie and an attempt to create unnecessary urgency. What’s even more concerning is that my neighbor, a retired police officer, pointed out that their actions – moving vehicles with a tow truck to start work without proper notification – are actually illegal. Because of this incredibly unprofessional and potentially unlawful behavior, I’m preparing to file a notice of claim with the City of Mesa to prevent this kind of contractor from being hired again using taxpayer money.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. Based on other feedback, it seems this company has a serious issue with its employees’ conduct. I personally encountered unacceptable behavior – I was threatened and harassed, and even my loved ones were targeted. I strongly advise against using this company for any roadwork; there are far better options available.

“Nesbitt Contractors did an outstanding job. Their team is incredibly experienced and proactive – they really anticipated potential issues before they became problems, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. They consistently built exactly to our specifications and were very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process.”

I was incredibly shaken up last week when this older driver cut me off while I was driving home. They signaled suddenly, and I had to brake so hard my car computer flew across my passenger seat. The driver showed absolutely no respect or remorse – it was completely appalling. I even called the police, but unfortunately, I received no response.
-
This was a really troubling situation. There were several disturbances at the Office bar in Mesa, including a significant brawl that occurred twice. Mesa police were involved, and frankly, the entire scene was unacceptable. It’s a terrible reflection on the company’s standards and incredibly concerning to witness such violent behavior.
-
Seriously, the iced tea here is incredible – easily the best I’ve ever had. And the red bull slushie? Don’t even get me started, it’s amazing!
-
“Please make sure to tidy up your workspace after completing your tasks. It’s important to leave things as you found them.”
-
They really seem to have a good handle on things.
