“The work on the streets in Mesa was extremely disappointing. There were significant issues with traffic management, sign placement, and overall organization – the spacing was completely chaotic. It seems like the crews were just running around without a clear plan, and the fact that they worked for an entire weekend with no oversight is unacceptable. Frankly, the quality of work was poor, and I question how the City of Mesa selected this company to handle this repair project.”

I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received during the recent construction work on our street. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the entire team – both from the City of Mesa and Nesbitt Contracting. I had some concerns about our new irrigation piping being exposed while they were working on our corner, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Alex Morales. He went above and beyond to address my worries, assuring me that everything would be taken care of. He was incredibly patient and helpful, even assisting me with a tricky plant situation. It was truly a gem to work with him! Overall, everyone I encountered was so thoughtful and detail-oriented, and I want to thank the City of Mesa and Nesbitt Contracting for having such a fantastic team.

“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Nesbitt. They were completely disrespectful and, frankly, untrustworthy. This morning, I was abruptly woken up by repeated doorbell rings, only to be told by a Nesbitt representative to move my vehicles while they started resurfacing the street – despite signs indicating work wouldn’t begin until October 2nd. After a frustrating 45 minutes of moving my vehicles and figuring out how to safely move my project car, they then told me they’d return later that day or the next to finish the job. To add insult to injury, they gave us a business card for someone not listed in their company directory. It felt like a deliberate attempt to create an emergency and make us feel uncomfortable with their company. What’s even more concerning, my neighbor – a retired police officer – pointed out that their actions, moving vehicles with a tow truck without proper notification, are potentially illegal. Because of this poor service and questionable practices, I’m planning to file a notice of claim with the City of Mesa to prevent similar situations from happening again.”

“I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. Based on other feedback, it seems like there are serious issues with the people working here. I personally encountered unacceptable behavior – I was threatened and harassed, and even my loved ones were targeted. I strongly advise against using this company for any roadwork.”

“Nesbitt Contractors did an outstanding job. Their team is incredibly experienced and proactive – they really anticipated potential issues before they arose, which ultimately saved us a significant amount of money. They consistently built exactly to our specifications and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. Communication was also a breeze.”

I was incredibly shaken up by an incident on my way home. This older driver cut me off, and I had to brake suddenly, causing my car’s computer to fall off the seat. The driver showed absolutely no regard for my safety or any sense of responsibility. I contacted the business about it, but unfortunately, I received no response.

“This was a really concerning situation. There were multiple disturbances at the Office bar in Mesa, including a significant brawl that occurred twice. Mesa police responded, and frankly, the whole scene was deeply unsettling. It’s a terrible reflection of the company’s standards, especially with a fistfight breaking out.”
-
“Seriously, the iced tea here is amazing – definitely the best I’ve ever had! And the red bull slushie? Don’t even get me started – it’s incredible!”
-
“It’s important that they pay a bit more attention to tidying up after themselves – a more thorough cleanup would be greatly appreciated.”
-
“They really seem to get it.”
