  We were absolutely thrilled with System Pavers! From the initial consultation, Chad was fantastic – he really took the time to explain everything and we immediately felt comfortable with their process. We often get a little worried about the timeline of projects like this, but they accurately estimated it would take 4-5 days, and they stuck to that perfectly. George Minzer, our project manager, was truly outstanding. He was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and offered some really helpful suggestions, which we really appreciated. A huge thank you to George! And finally, the crew – Max and his team – were fantastic! They were so detail-oriented, polite, and they left our property spotless.   I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with System Pavers. They recently completed both my backyard and front driveway, and the results are fantastic! Despite the intense Arizona heat, they delivered a beautiful backyard that looks absolutely perfect. Throughout the entire project, they kept me fully informed with daily updates – which was incredibly reassuring. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and on schedule, and the driveway was even done to match the backyard’s design flawlessly. The team was so efficient; they removed the old concrete in a single day and finished the driveway the next. And they took care of every detail, leaving the area spotless. Tim Mavis was my project manager for both jobs, and he was fantastic. He was always attentive, ensuring everything was done accurately and addressing all of my questions promptly.   I absolutely have to say how impressed we were with the entire System Pavers team. From the start with Chad in sales, to George managing our project, and especially the crew who did the amazing work – they were all incredibly professional and had a fantastic work ethic. Our backyard patio looks absolutely stunning, and they finished it remarkably quickly. The crew was incredibly tidy and clearly took a real pride in their work, which made a huge difference.   Honestly, we had really high hopes for our new paver patio, and unfortunately, the experience with System Pavers was incredibly disappointing. The initial salesman was great and we felt confident in their quality and service, especially given the price. However, things quickly went wrong. Our “project manager,” Tim, seemed completely out of the loop. We’d gotten HOA approval to move the pavers closer to the house, and we made that clear to him, but he still started the project late, with a different crew, and without any communication. They left a mess on our neighbor’s yard and the final result was completely off from our agreed-upon layout – Tim wouldn’t even adjust it without us buying more pavers. It felt like a complete lack of organization and professionalism, and ultimately, we ended up with a subpar installation and a strained relationship with our neighbor. We wouldn’t recommend System Pavers – it’s definitely not worth the money, and we’ve since found other companies that offered much better service and prices. report abuse
