  Overall, we were incredibly pleased with System Pavers – they really delivered on our vision for the backyard. Jake, our design consultant, was fantastic at understanding what we wanted to create, and Jose, our crew lead and project manager, was just brilliant. He was so flexible and accommodating, especially given we were also remodeling our pool at the same time. We loved the final result – our new backyard is absolutely beautiful! The only small thing we’d mention is the cleanup after the demo work, which was pretty extensive. It was hot in Phoenix in May/June, so we had to regularly pick up water bottles and trash as they left, but we completely understand that a big project like this generates a lot of mess.   “We couldn’t be happier with System Pavers! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond. Joe Hildebrand gave us a fantastic presentation and really sold us on the quality of their work and the great warranty they offer. He designed a beautiful plan for our backyard. Jose Corral, our site manager, was incredibly easy to work with – he listened to all our ideas, delivered everything on time, and even cleaned up the area perfectly when the job was done. And his crew – Antoin, Rudy, and Marlon – were just fantastic! They worked so hard, especially with those extreme temperatures (over 110 degrees one day, even hitting 117!), and finished the whole project in just four days. The final result is absolutely perfect – exactly what we envisioned. Claudia handled the billing and payments so smoothly, and was always responsive.   Overall, Systems Pavers did a fantastic job with our project – I’d give them a solid 5 stars. Initially, Calvin and his crew did a really impressive job removing the old concrete in our courtyard and walkway. They were incredibly fast, meticulous, and kept the area very neat. However, we ran into some issues with communication. I reached out to Nick, the project manager, several times about getting a quote for additional pavers, but I didn’t receive any responses. A significant amount of leftover concrete and stone sat there for too long. Thankfully, things turned around when Adam stepped in as the new project manager. He quickly addressed the situation, and the job was completed quickly and at no extra cost. I really appreciated his responsiveness and professionalism. Claudia, the office coordinator, was also fantastic – so efficient and helpful. And, to top it all off, they’re offering a 25-year warranty on the work! report abuse

  “Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience working with this company. From the start, there were significant miscommunications and a lack of attention to detail that led to a very frustrating outcome. I hired them to add pavers to my property to match my new build, and unfortunately, the materials delivered were completely different from what I’d requested and approved. I relied on the consultant’s guidance, but the final design wasn’t specific about the pavers, and I was repeatedly told the correct materials were installed, which wasn’t the case. Adding to the issue, I was promised gray river rock, but received multi-colored rock, despite having documented assurances to the contrary. The delays were also unacceptable – the project took over two weeks longer than initially estimated, with materials sitting on my property for nearly three weeks. It felt like they weren't invested in resolving the problems or ensuring I received what I’d originally wanted. I truly believe this company needs to improve its communication, quality control, and commitment to customer satisfaction.” report abuse

  “We absolutely loved working with System Pavers! Our backyard was a complete disaster – a muddy mess for our dogs – and Thayne Martin really stepped up to the plate. He came out, designed a stunning backyard that fit perfectly within our budget, and was just fantastic to work with throughout the whole project. Our construction manager, Tim Mavis, was equally impressive – efficient, reliable, and genuinely awesome. The crews were incredibly hardworking and did a truly excellent job.
