  “Honestly, this whole experience was a huge letdown. It felt completely like a scam – they charged an exorbitant $650 for unnecessary modifications and even used my old parts, then charged me for new ones. The photo clearly shows it, that little piece of aluminum was the only new part and they charged $200 for it! It took them over two weeks to pull this off, which is just unacceptable. It’s clear they’re engaging in deceptive practices, and the owner’s response just felt like a vague apology with no real attempt to fix the problem. I’m really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of action.” report abuse

He was fantastic – so professional, courteous, and incredibly patient with all my questions while he fixed the leak in my tub. He really took the time to explain everything step-by-step, and he even identified a leak behind the wall that Drylux needed to address. Dustin made the whole process so comfortable and reassuring, and I really appreciated him taking charge to keep my stress levels down. I highly recommend Dustin – he’s truly amazing and provided excellent customer service. If I ever need plumbing work again, I’ll definitely request him.   “Chris was absolutely fantastic! I’d never even dealt with a dual-flush canister before, and honestly, I wouldn’t have attempted to fix it myself. He quickly assessed the problem – a leak – ordered the replacement part, and then came back and installed it with such ease and efficiency.
