  “I was really disappointed with the experience Total Tech provided. While the team did complete the tub replacement, they were incredibly careless and left our house covered in dust and debris. They tracked dirt throughout the entire house during the demolition, and didn’t use any dust protection. I’m a GC, so I know how important dust control is, and it was shocking to see such a lack of professionalism. After I expressed my concerns, the owner, Jerry, reached out and took full responsibility. He arranged for a professional cleaning service to come to our home, covered all the costs, and made the whole process incredibly easy.   “I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Plumbing Express. Jerry was absolutely fantastic – he was so professional, explained everything clearly, and even my dogs seemed to like him! He identified a deeper issue with the faucet than initially anticipated, but he was upfront about it, explained the extra cost, and ultimately did a brilliant job getting it fixed perfectly.
