“I had a really frustrating experience with ASAP Plumbing after a sudden flooding issue at my home around 2 AM. While I appreciate they advertise 24-hour service, I didn’t receive a response from the answering service, and it took several calls to finally get a plumber scheduled for the next morning. It would have been helpful if they’d been upfront about the delay in getting through to someone. However, once Solomon arrived, he was fantastic – incredibly efficient, professional, and the front desk staff were excellent at handling all the paperwork and documentation I needed for my insurance claim. I’d definitely recommend them, despite the initial communication issues.”

“I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Pablo! He was fantastic – really professional, showed up right on time, and he knew exactly what he was doing. He took the time to explain the problem to me clearly before starting the work, and he fixed it so quickly and efficiently. Plus, he took the time to clean up afterward and made sure everything was working perfectly. Honestly, it’s refreshing to find someone so reliable and honest. I’ll definitely be using Pablo’s services again for any plumbing needs and wholeheartedly recommend him.”

“I was really struggling with persistent drain problems, and it turned out my old cast iron pipes were the culprit – they were installed way back in 1962. Danny from ASAP Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing them, and I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.”

“ASAP Plumbing were absolutely fantastic – I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. They were incredibly responsive, arriving within 30 minutes of my initial call on a Sunday, and completed the work perfectly, on time, and at a really fair price. I was particularly impressed with Peter J., who went above and beyond to find a clever solution that saved me a significant amount of money. The whole team was friendly, professional, and treated me with genuine respect and honesty. I felt completely confident in their abilities and would definitely recommend them!”

“I was so impressed with ASAP Plumbing! Danny Ibarra arrived within an hour and was incredibly polite, respectful, and really helpful. He quickly figured out the problem and fixed it, and the price was great. Seriously, top-notch service – a huge thank you to Danny for his excellent work!”

“Overall, I was really pleased with the service. Communication was fantastic – the dispatch team kept me updated with a clear arrival window and then texted me when the plumber, Daniel, was on his way. Daniel himself was great, he quickly fixed the clog and even offered some helpful advice to prevent it from happening again. And thankfully, the price was reasonable too.”

“I used ASAP Plumbing to fix a faulty control valve, which was thankfully still under warranty. The initial contact was good – the representative was friendly and quickly scheduled a technician, Isaac, for the next day. Isaac was professional and quickly diagnosed the problem. However, the bill came in at over $600 for what seemed like a very simple job, and I felt completely misled. There was no clear explanation of the cost, just a vague reference to their 2-year warranty. Given that the water heater itself already has a 6-year warranty, it just didn’t seem fair. Isaac couldn't really justify the price, and frankly, it felt like a blatant overcharge. I've read similar complaints from other customers, which is really concerning. I ended up saving a lot of money by sourcing the part myself and handling the installation – it took me about 30 minutes total. Ultimately, I’m giving ASAP Plumbing just one star; it's solely based on Isaac’s professionalism, but their pricing is completely unacceptable.”

“I just wanted to express how incredibly grateful we are for Aaron and Angel. They did an absolutely fantastic job getting our plumbing back in working order – they really went above and beyond! They even came out late at night and didn’t hesitate to help us, which made a huge difference for our family. Thank you both so much for your excellent service!”

“Four years ago, we had our entire home re-piped – it was a new build from the early 90s with PB plumbing – and we wanted to get it done before we moved in. The team was fantastic; the job was completed quickly and efficiently, and we’ve had no issues whatsoever since.”

Okay, here’s a rewritten evaluation, written in a natural, conversational tone: “As a first-time customer of ASAP Plumbing, my experience was really frustrating. I had a sudden plumbing issue last night – a leaking toilet – and, being a small business owner myself, I really needed a quick resolution. I managed to get the valve replaced myself, but unfortunately, water started spraying everywhere. I called ASAP Plumbing and was initially told the earliest someone could come out was around 8:00 a.m., which wouldn't work given the situation. When they pushed it to 5:30 a.m., I explained that my wife and young child were sleeping, and I needed some time to prepare. It was a really inconvenient and stressful situation. After a delay, I finally got a call at 7:50 a.m. to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician himself was great and very knowledgeable, but the communication was a major problem. I was quoted a full price of $200 for the simple compression valve replacement, even though I was told a discount would be applied. Honestly, a simple phone call to let me know about the discount would have made a huge difference. I ended up out $200 and with no sleep – it felt like a really poor experience. I’m giving this feedback as a first-time customer hoping to see improvements in communication and responsiveness. It’s important to me to be treated with respect and transparency, especially when dealing with an unexpected emergency.”
