“I was really frustrated with my experience after recently moving and cancelling my service with Pacific Foreaight. They insisted I needed to arrange for them to collect the cellular communicator, and then they couldn't even remotely disable my alarm, which continued to beep constantly after it was picked up. To add to the problem, they then informed me they’d be charging me $100.”
