I was really frustrated trying to find information about the 23rd Ave. Phoenix location. It seems to be permanently closed, but their address is still listed online. I called and got an address for ADT in Tempe, but when I drove there on a Monday at 4:30 p.m., the office was unexpectedly closed – despite being marked as open until 12 p.m. on Google.

I’ve been a loyal customer for five years, and during that time, they told me my contract automatically renewed each year without requiring me to sign anything or receive any notification. Despite this, I was still hit with an early termination fee after five years! It feels completely unfair and misleading, and frankly, like a joke.
