  “I was really frustrated trying to find this place. The 23rd Avenue Phoenix location closed in June 2017, but it’s still listed as an address online. I called and was given the address for the ADT in Tempe, but when I went there on a Monday at 4:30 p.m., the office was unexpectedly closed, even though Google listed them as being open until 12 p.m.” report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. After five years of loyal service, they unexpectedly informed me that my contract automatically renewed each year without any communication or my signature. Despite this, they still insisted I owed a significant early termination fee.
